THE ARBITRATION COURT.

NO CHANGES AT PRESENT.

WELLINGTON, Oct. 8. An alteration in the constitution of the Arbitration Court was promised an the Budget. Reference to this proposal war, made by the Minister of Labour in the House of Representatives this afternoon. He explained that a. Bill had been drafted, but circumstances had arisen which made dt inadvisable to ask Parliament to amend the constitution of the Court in the present condition of affairs.

"I am not going to do it just yet " said Mr Massey. "1 am going to keep n as it is for some little time, at all events."
