Prime Minister Fisher, referring to the forthcoming referenda, said the Government wanted more power. It was ridiculous that it should be limited as at tho present time. It wanted to be able to set the Commonwealth. Arbitration Oourt in motion as soon as any difficulty arises, no matter whether confined to one State or not. The referenda would bo purely a party issue.
