'Mr. Asquith will on Thursday propose that twenty-five days bo allotted to tho committee stage of the Home Rule Bill, and five days to the report stage, and Second and third readings, the chairman to have power to select amendments. Stringent precautions will 1/e taken against disputatory motions by the Opposition. The Government expect tho session to end on Feb. 28th.
