LONDON, Oct. 7. Tho "Daily Telegraph's" Constantinople correspondent stat&s that as the result of the efforts of the Triple Entente's Ambassadors, the Porte accepted the application of Article 23 of tho Treaty of Berlin to Macedonia and Roumeha, granting retorms similar to Crete.
