AUSTRIAN MODIFICATION ACCEPTED.
PARIS, Oct. 6. M. Sazanoff and M. Poincare have accepted Austria's modification, making it clear that the Powers guarantee Turkey's integrity. The scheme has been submitted to the Powers.
