' In ordinary cases of severe weather or excessive fatigue an extra supply of coffee, tea and cocoa shall be given instead of liquor. The use of bad atnd immoral language land cigarette smoking as strictly prohibited. The regulations appUy wheueveT the Territorials are wearing uniform.
