LIQUOR RESTRICTIONS

Tho new military regulation,? provide "that liquor ordered on medical authority to be issued to troops in bad wea'bher or on special occasions must be consumed in tho presence of the officers. No one refusing to consume th^> liquor shiall be subjected to ridicule. No liquor iis to be supplied to those under 21 whose parents have .notified that they objedt. ' In ordinary cases of severe weather or excessive fatigue an extra supply of coffee, tea and cocoa shall be given instead of liquor. The use of bad atnd immoral language land cigarette smoking as strictly prohibited. The regulations appUy wheueveT the Territorials are wearing uniform.
