Coincident with the rise in wool, both in1 London and at the last sale in Wellington^ we experienced a rise from".-%'d to Id per lb hero. Our catalogue comprised 72 bales and .80 .sacks' "of. wool, chiefly, medium crossbred/ arid "competition was very keen. The bidding for the skins and hides was also decidedly good. We established a record for calfskins, a line making up to IIJ/4 per lb.
