Mr Allison, of the " Sportsman," has appealed against Mr Justice Scrutton'a 'order setting aside a writ served on the Independent Press Cables Company for an alleged libel appearing in the Sydney "Sun" on May 13th. The appeal was dismissed on the ground that the defendant was outside the jurisdiction of the Court, and the proper per-son-had not been served.
