He said Australia had turned nothing down, and. there was neither conflict nor antagonism. . The-JVlinister for Customs was inquiring on behalf oi tho Government with a view to arranging a reciprocal tariff with Canada and New .Zealand, and intended to open negotiations during the recess. Much will depend on the steamer and mail services.
