Tlie Hon. x A. Fisher indicated that the banks would be opened, probably, before next session. He reiterated that there was no intention to raid the State Sayings Banks.
• Mr. Fisher has received numerous protests from bankers against tho proposals to reduco tho Federal Bank gold reserves.
