(United Press Association. —Copyright.) Received December 9, 12.50 a.m. LONDON, -December 8. A meeting in London of the International Tegetable Fibre in Wool Committee supported the Roubaix resolution.

The International Congress will' meet in London in May. Important tests aro progressing regarding closely-woven packs entirely paper-lined. It is stated that considerable improvement has been shown in the packing" of colonial wool, but the chief desideratum is a perfect pack cheaper than the paper-lined pack recommended by the Committee.
