FAMOUS VIOLINIST BANNED
ST. PETERSBURG, Doc. 4. Kubelik, the celebrated violinist, has been placed under a ban by the Russian authorities.
Ho had arranged to give concerts in Odessa, Kieff and other cities, but tho performances have been forbidden on the ground that tho last time the famous musician appeared in Russia ho played the "Marseillaise."
