MR MACKAY'S CANDIDATURE.
Mr Mackay's committee meeting last night was well attended and enthusiastic. Mr G. Spriggens was elected permanent chairman. A large amount of routine work was gone through. Next Monday being Labour Day the next meeting of the committee will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, at the Druids' Hall.
