SYDNEY, Oct. 16

Tho Court found that the NeraTaviuni collision was* caused by Captain Beighton, mister of the Taviuni, failing, to keep the steamer in the proper course. Captain Eeighton's record showed that during the IS years he had been at pea he had never' previously had an accident.
