SYDNEY, Oct. 16
Tho Court found that the NeraTaviuni collision was* caused by Captain Beighton, mister of the Taviuni, failing, to keep the steamer in the proper course. Captain Eeighton's record showed that during the IS years he had been at pea he had never' previously had an accident.
Judge Murray, in-suspending- Capt. Brighton's certificate for . six ■ months from the date of the collision, said ihe C'ouvc was sorry to have,to deal wicii the certificate of a master w,h> hod hitherto managed his ship without ivco; dent.
