The Underwriters' Associp.tion has received a cable from tho London underwriters, notifying that, an agreement' regarding war risks has been signed. Charges day by 'lav to and from Australia (including New Zealarid), the United Kingdom, and the Continent of Europe, are; — \ Steamers, outward —One-fifth per cent, via Suez, one-sizth per cent, via 'Cape: Steamers homeward.—One-eighth per cent, both .'routes. .
Sf>ilevH—Ono-qnartev per cent. This apolies to neutral goods in neutral vessels and from neutral ports.
