The Kaiserl, a Turkish transport, which was tho cause of a protest by the Italian Government because of its stay at Suez, entered tho canal and landed troops at Kantara, destined for Palestinej via El Arish. They will be cscortod by the Egyptian coast guards. The Kaiseri has been transformed into a hospital ship, and is proceeding to the Red Sea. Italy notifies the Powers that she considers Samos neutral territory.
