Replying to Turkish protests against tho expulsion from Tripoli of tho officials who were responsible for the collection of taxes to be applied to tho repayment of the Ottoman public debt, Giolitti (Minister for Foreign Affairs) •states that the Government is determined that foreign creditors shali remain unprejudiced'by Italy's action.
