SEVERE EARTH TREMORS.

PERTH, October 14. Earth tremors have been frequent in the York and Quennington districts during the past three months. They llavo been confined to a radius of 20 miles, and have been accompanied, by violent explosive noises. Numerous buildings have been badly damaged.
