RUBBER TYRES FOB VEHICLES. Time has proved beyond doubt that RUBBER TYRES for vehicles are not now a luxury, but an absolute necessity. Repair bills are reduced to a minimum, the vehicle will last many years longer. The draft is reduced fully one-third. Loose tyres in summer are not known. You can drive and converse with ease and pleasure. Our vast experience in the past has shown us the only remaining link to success with rubbers was a perfect rubber tyre applying machine. This difficulty has now been overcome. We have scrapped our two previous machines to use the North British Rubber Tyro Co.'.s method, for^which we have secured the sole rights for this coast from Mavton to Hawera inclusive. In applying tyres now, we are ablo to give you at least another foot more of compressed rubbed in your wheel, more than the old brazing system. The compression is all round the wheel, instead of a heap of rubber in one place, as with the other methods. Tyres will wear evenly round the channel, instead of patches so well-known in the old way. No brazing wires to burn your rim and paint. The rubber is put on much tighter than it could be applied prerionsly.. If you wish to know more, compare one of our present-day rubbers with the old style and you will see it is much fuller, rounder and deeper—filling the channel tightly with a perfect even surface, the same depth all round. . . ■, ' Bring your horse round and try one of our Gigs from the Show-room if you have never rjdden on rubber. Our Show-room is now replete with a large stock of Carlton and Sylvia Gigs, Bradley, Dog-carts, Hwrtic Carts, Phaetons, etc. . > Motor-car painting and repairs are now one of our specialities. Don't let your car or vehicle go too far. Get them tuched up and varnished now; the summer is not the proper time for motor and carriage painting. BOYD and BRENNAIU, THE EtJREKA CARRIAGE FACTORY, 13. NIXON PLACE. WANGANUI.
