MELBOURNE, October 3. AL^phbishop Carr celebrated the silver jubilee of his appointment to the Archbishopal See of Melbourne. He declared that Catholics would be the centre forces of the educational question at next election. This arises out of the agition for religious instruction in State schools. Archbishop Carr denounced the conscience clause as a mockr cry, delusion and snare.
