HASTINGS, June 21. A heavy cement-mixing board fell from some scaffolding on to Robert O'iKape, a contractor, breaking his collarbone and breaking his ribs It is feared that a rib penetrated^ his left lung. The man lies in a serious condition in a private hospital.
