From tho evidence of some experienced shipmasters the "Board confirmed the opinion that tbe risk of navigating the Queensland coast is considora'Wy enhanced during the hurriciinc- months, and thinks it will be generally conceded that the only element <v safety is to be found in securing tho best anchorage available, and several harbours of refuge? exist nlong this part of the court.
