WELLINGTON, June 20: Weather summary; and forecast:— The barometer has been unsteady, but fallen everyAvhere to-day. Strong northerly and westerly'- -winds have prevailed, with cloudy and misty weather, and with rain in the South Island. Present indications are for .stormy weather generally; high northerly and westerly winds, rain in most parts of the country and rivers rising. !Th© barometer will probably fall everywhere.
