WASHINGTON, June 12. Nearly 200 nrdsh'prnon ho graduated recently at tbo United States Naval
Academy in Annapolis ; Maryland, and whom it is proposed to create ensigns as soon as possible, received; during their last year's course, a special training that will particularly fit them for service in any war against Japan. It is understood that cadets at West Point Military Academy received o similar course of instruction as affecting* land fighting.
