TAHI KAKA TO BE EXECUTED THIS MORNING.
(Per'Press'Association.) AUCKLAND/ June 20. The Shoiiff this morning received a warrant for the execution of the Maori, lain Kaka. which is-fixed to take place at Mount Eden gaol at 8 o'clock to•noiToiv morning. Tho news was convoyofl to the condemned man by tho hhoriff, who found Kaka writing in his cell. Kaka received the intimation dimly, and made no reply. The hangman, who comes from Wellington, is .supervising the final arrangements for I lie execution.
