Jhat widespread intere&t is taken in the iSat.onal Dairy Show may be judg-e-i iroui the entries for the various competitive sections marie from, all parts of the Dominion, fin butter and cheese classes 70 factories are exhibiting and although each factory is limited to one entry, tho value of the promieo on exhibition totals over £800. llicro is a fine entry of apples exhibiting m the £10 champion class and other classes; one of the prizes being the Royal Horticultural Society's medal. Jho vegetable section, collections of farm roots and entries in the farm pro-dur-o sections, total 270. The public ."•clioul gardens section will make a very mc display nnd five schools will.be represented in the bays, and a nice collection in tho separate classes fo»- roots. Homo cookery, preserves, and pickles will be an interesting'feature to tho Indies,-with a total of 170 entries. The poultry section includes utility poultry, l.'igeons and canaries and "thY total entry is 300 inchi'ling North and South Jf-hind exhibitors.
