A ROYAL RUMPUS.

TROUBLE IN AUSTRIAN COURT.

VIENNA, June 8. . Members of the Royal family yesterday followed the unusual course of absenting themselves from the Austriau Derby meeting, their non-attendance being the outcome of a family rumpus. He also cancelled an engagement to visit the-Belgian Court, and otherwise snubbed his royal relations because the Emperor has once more refused to raise his wife's rank.
