, In order to solve the question of the aclniissibili':y of certain statements which Senkovitcfr made to the police at Melbourne, prisoner went into the box. Speaking through an interpreter, he said he'niade the statements because he thought '"thai % as in Russia, he mus/j answer tlie policeman or be''imprisoned In reply to another question, he declared that he did "riot believe in the! existence of God. '
