Ths company reinounces a lion of a four per edit. in> crease on customs. duties, receiving infctcad a security upon the Empire's general revenues. The company will build a branch line ficm Osmaniah to Akxandretta, and v, ill c{,nisrtn<:t a harbour at Al'exandrctta. Router' 3 Cc :i3lait'tinople corrcspond-c-nt imports that the Company has agreed to the Porte arranging the construction ■of*- tho Bagdad-Persian Gulf section of tho line on the basis of Ger* many having equal participation with any foreign Power.
