Ths company reinounces a lion of a four per edit. in> crease on customs. duties, receiving infctcad a security upon the Empire's general revenues. The company will build a branch line ficm Osmaniah to Akxandretta, and v, ill c{,nisrtn<:t a harbour at Al'exandrctta.
