Mr Ramsay Mac Donald states that while acquiecing in the rondjistmsnk cf relations between tlw Lords and Commons, lie would strenuously oppeso the preamble of , the Parliament Bill creating another Second Chamber. He rejoiced at the Government's arbitration aspirations, hut .said they would do more harm.than good if tTie opinion got abroad .that there was going to be an-Anglo-Saxon alliance imposing its will on tho whole world.
