Mr Hall, an old and experienced,: bandsman, has been instrumental in forming a band here, which yfill • be^ known as the Ohakune Town ;i ßand; There are already some 25 active memK bers the majorriy of whom havo liad some expsi-ience. The instruments are to be vested in the Town Board. The enthusiasm shown on the part of the members is great, arid being fortunate in having an experienced man such as Mr Hall to bring them on, we hope soon to hear, more of them.
