A WELLINGTON THEATRE CO.

WELLINGTON, August 19. A. strong company was formed ml Wellington to-day, to be-called the Electric Theatres"' Co., Ltd. It will erect a theatre behind Hume's Buildings, Willis Street, primarily for a moving picture show, though it will be suitable for use as a skating rink 'or for ordinary theatrical entertainments.
