Norton libel action, application was made by plaintiff in tho Practice Court that defendant should give further particulars of his defence on the ground that the* oefence as stated was embarrassing,' oppressive, and irrelevant. His Honor agreed that particulars should be given, and the matter was ordered to stand over. '
