All the stock are in good condition. A specially good line of yearling steers will he offered. All the draught horses have been worked and are worthy the attention of buyers. Implements havebeen well cared for. The sale commences at 12 o'clock. Luncheon will be provided. The attention of farmers and othersis drawn to the clearing sale to be hek by th© New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., at Mr George Allen's farm, "Headlands/" Fordell, on the 19th, Tuesday next. A line of 100 good yearling steers is being submitted, and another of 30 yearling heifers (Jersey cross), which "can be strongly, recommended. The sale starts at noon and luncheon is being provided. Those interested in gardening will be pleased to notice in another --column that Gibsons and Paterson, Ltd., of the Avenue, are agents tor Sutton's famous English seeds. These seeds have for years held the reputation for being tho highest quality grown—a list will bo posted to anyone requesting same.
