TECHNICAL SCHOOL SITE.
The Education Board is offering the finest available building sites in Wanganui on the Technical School site, which has been sub-divided into thirteen lots. There is certain to be keen competition on account of the favourable terms on which the sections are being offered, namely, a 50 years' flat lease, or the Glasgow lease of 21 years with a .perpetual right of renewal. The site is absolutely in the centre of Wanganui, and the convergence at the corner of the suburban trams from Castlecliff, Aramoho, and Eastowh, via the proposed bridge, greatly enhances the value of the property. No better spot in the whole of the town could be chosen for retail business premises.
