Received June 16. 11.15 p.m MELBOURNE, June 16. As the result of Sir 6. Reid's negotiations with the Admiralty, the Federal ■.Government has arranged for Admirail Sir 11; F. Henderson,'a--leading naval expert, to visit Australia to report upon the. slection of an aval base, sites for naval schools, gunnery and torpedo schools, naval depots,, dockyards and other matters of naval defence. He leaves for Australia in the middle of July.
