It is reported from India that there is a remarkable modification of opinions among the Belgalese regarding the partition of the Province, which at first evoked violent opposition. Moreover those Anglo-Indian ne^/jpapers hitherto opposed to the partition now admit that thenncrw r Province has derived great benefit therefrom.
"The Times" considers that the agitation has collapsed.
