"With reference :to this visjijfc of Has Sxioellency, who will arrive in Wanganui this afternoon, the follow-, ing arrangements have been made:— He will be met at the station on his arrival, and driven to his hotel In the evening, at 8 o'clock, a presentations and address will be made to him at the Drill Hall- The Mayor will preside, ■ and all members of local bodies and those occupying official, positions and their wives are invited to take seats on the platform. It is hoped there will be a large attendance. The presentation will take the shape of a gold and greenstone penholder, as commemorating the important documents relating to Wanganui signed by His Excellency. To-morrow afternoon the Governor and his suite will bo taken Tor a motor drive.
