WANGANUI v. FEILDING.

The Wanganui Junior Representative 1 cricket team visited Feilding on Saturj day, when a game against that team I was played, Wanganui suffering defeat jby 84 runs. The weather was glorious. 1 andc ombined with the hospitality shown by tho home team, a most enjoyable day was spent. Feilding went to the wickets first and compiled 124 runs, Mills (not out) 38, Hare 49, and Shirley 18, being the top scorers. Black took 8 wickets for 51, and Ryan one for 11. In Wanganui's innings the wickets fell fast. Hicks getting the credit for 7 for 14 runs, and Mills two for 28. Kiely (12) was the only one to reach double figures. Robertson made 8, Aldridge 6, Hayward 4, Richardson 2, Allan (not out) 1, Black 1, and extras totalled 6. The rest were dismissed without scoring.
