CRICKET.

A match was played on Wednesday 'between the Cosmopolitan Club and a team of All-comers. After a very exciting game, the match resulted in a win for the Club by 3 runs, the score being Cosmopolitan Club 84, All-comers 81. The highest scores for the Club were Oliver 21, Lowe 17 and Waller 16. For the All-comers Holloway 19 was the only double figure scorer.

Members and intending members of the T.Y.M.I. Cricket Club are reminded of the practice to be held on Cook's Gardens on Saturday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. As this is the first -practice all members are requested to roll up to time.
