CAPEOWN, October 13. The members representing the winegrowing districts have accepted the Government's compromise, on the Bill to be introduced authorising the sale of locally produced wine, on a cheap license not subject 'to local option. The personal feeling against Premier Merriman over the matter is very strong, and has seriously prejudiced his prospects of the Union Premiership.
