Mr Justice Chapman, at the Supreme Court to-day, heard an appeal in tho caee of Parker and Johnston y. Alfred Dillon, a claim for commission on a sale of defendant's wool clip in, which case the Magistrate gave judgment for Dillon. Plaintiff was authorised to sell if he could get a certain price and he claimed that the clip was subsequently sold to clients introduced by him at the price stated. .Judgment was1 reserved.
