The Young Turkish Party's reLrenchments include the dismissal or retirement on pension of 27,000 surplus officials.
PARIS, June 29. M. Deutsch has donated half a million francs, and 15,000 francs yearly to establish an Aerotechnic Institute at the University of Paris. The University has also accepted Basil Zakeroff's gift of 700,000 francs to found a chair of Aviation in the faculty of Sciences.
