Mr Solomon* after detailing the 'circumstances of the case,: said the; annulity was not necessary in a sense, and petitioner could get married again ,if she: chose. He proceeded to refer .to a case which, came .before His.Honour some eight years ago,.in which the salient features were similar .to thej.present case. In that case the parties lived together, for seven or: eight years. After hearing the evidence His Honour granted a decree of aiinnlity. .
