Mr Keir Hardie says that if a South Wales lock-out occurs the fight will be,, not on an eight-hour day, and a minimum wage of six shillings, but on the nationalisation of the mines. He v urged the French, Belgian, and Germaii miners not to supply tne English markets during the struggle. .... • The Scottish coal mine owners have given three months' notice to terminate the Conciliation' Board's agreement. .The men have accepted the notice.
