CAPTAIN TO BE PROSECUTED
(Per Press Association.) • WELINGTON, April 27. The Secretary of the Marine Department has instructed the Collector of Customs at Christchurch to proceed against Captain Murray, of the coastal steamer Cygnet, on a charge of overcrowding the vessel at Akaroa on Easter Monday. .
