Received April 28, 1.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, April 27 The Commission has rejected the appeal of Milburn, driver of the Beridigo train, against the finding of the Departmental Board, which resulted in his dismissal, but modified the finding in the case of the Braybrook stationmaster, and decided to reinstate him in the service in a purely clerical position.
