WELLINGTON, April 21. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow :—Moderate to strong northerly winds are probable north of Raglan and Castlepoint ? with fair weather and a slowly falling barometer, but a gale frpm between north and west, with rain and cloudy weather probable elsewhere. Unsettled and stormy weather is probable southward of Raglan and Napier during the next four days, and may extend northward.
