VIENNA, April 16
Hakki Bey and Enver Bey, leaders of the July revolution, have left Vienna to assume control.
At Salonika marines lynched Arif Bey, commander of the cruiser Assanitenfik, who, ordered the vessel's guns to be trained on the Yilliz with a view or supporting the Committee.
The,.Turkish Chamber unanimously resolved to approve the recent events, and are willing to work in conformity with the Sheriat "and the constitution.
