The Montenegro merchants have resolved to boycott all Austrian goods. VIENNA, December 21.
A debate in the Reichsrath revealed the ambition of some cf the authors of the annexation movement to transform the Dual Monarchy into a tripartit.3 Empire, which beside Austria and Hungary, would include an autonomous Stat? comprising Croatia proper, Slavohia, Diilmatia, Bosnia and Herzegcvina, with the idea of ultimately including the whole of the Servian race.
Baron yon Bienerfch, the Austrian Minister of Interior, remarked that Scrvia and Montenegro had lond cherished a fantastical hop? that .Austrian occupation would; cease. This catchword had been propagated from Servia as a moans of creating unrest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, therefore, Austria had been compelled to annex tliese States in order to enutralise the pan-Servian agitation.
